If you'd like to know more about me

Founder information

[LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/tusharbohra/)

Tushar this side, I’m a product artist at heart; electronics engineer by training; and a business founder by experience. I can do hardware, but I’m more inclined towards software and business.

Why do I work? → Of course everything is meaningless in this world so why do we work? For me the answer is - I work for my own meaning, that I myself created. It does change overtime but largely revolves around advancement of civilisation (I’d love to chat more on this). It gives me fulfilment, satisfaction and joy; and it is my way to giving back to the nature; and keeping the light of humans going.

My previous experience - I started Evy Energy, a software company serving the global EV charging industry, back in my junior year of college. It was acquired by an American firm (Zemetric) in 2024. Fortunately, our products are now dispensing over MW of energy quarterly and serving American public companies. Crucial product learning from the stint - Don’t rely on third-party hardware for your software’s performance; deadly business learning - Pick something massive in size (though evaluating correctly is pretty hard)

Explorations I’ve done along the way: Emissions Labelling, Underwater Communication for Oceans, BCI, Action Agents (‘23), Meeting Room Interface, Ad Network for AI Apps, Cloud Storage, Human Simulations via LLMs, Agent Front for Business.

If you’re exploring any of these areas, feel free to reach out.

I love playing drums, visiting art galleries, and different gardens with my friends. I also love reading and writing, particularly the style of Arundhati Roy.

My Olympic Gold Medal

You know there are things that make you work like you are competing for an Olympic medal? I luckily stumbled upon my own version of that goal.

And for me, it is the question: What makes technology or a product magical?

I’ve technically done PHD-level research to answer this question - What makes a technology magical? What makes our specs, or Grammarly, or GPS so magical? The work includes theory, writing notes, and experimenting with hardware. In civilization advancement - it denotes the peak efficient with which you can achieve the objective with given knowledge.

I’ve written close to 30 notes talking about it here. Check them out if you wanna know more. It’s all about technology interaction.

And, I intend to grab the gold via my work at 3102Labs.
